The Sacred Shift: Disengaging from Chaos

I AM a flow of movement that embraces stillness.

As I AM moving in and out of each moment as a divine witness—and as I AM within life witnessing others, opportunities, and moments—I AM awakening love and clarity within the discernment of observation.

Sometimes stillness is not about sitting within the void, but moving as the chaos, as an observer. So not creating outcome, but being the outcome.

At times we are called to participate within chaos because as you move through it, continually disengaging from conflict, the conflict becomes neutral and remains with the other party so they can do their own spiritual work surrounding the chaos or conflict.

Sometimes stillness is to be the pendulum, not simply witnessing it.

Ancestral Reflection

Within your breath you being invited to reflect on where you can disengage from any chaos or conflict around you.

You can do this by writing a prayer that the chaos transmute into wisdom, forgiveness, and compassion. Breathe consciously into the prayer, mindfully recalling your resonance from the chaos to honor your sovereign qualities and exist within higher calling.

When the solution or shift is presented, be observant to how it resolved itself—because this is the alchemy of the moment, witnessed by you to reconcile movement into your next moment.
